What is concrete resurfacing?
It’s a process where we grind and hone the surface of the concrete, along with a trailing epoxy repair compound to fill any cracks.
Unsightly or broken concrete doesn’t always need to be replaced. If it’s structurally sound, you can simply resurface the concrete.

First of all we’ll hydro blast the concrete to clean it thoroughly, getting it ready for the repair process.
Next, we’ll begin the grinding process using a series of circular pads with increasing grit levels, finishing off around 100 grit finish.
After that we’ll apply a densification chemical treatment to dustproof and strengthen the concrete. If the slabs are particularly old, we’ll follow that with a surface binder that we’ve developed ourselves over the years.
Now we can return with the rotary machines, this time using a series of fine polishing pads bringing the floor to the desired finish.
Finally, we’ll wipe the area clean and apply a sealant to the finished surface. This ensures the finish is water resistant, durable & slip reduced for safety too.
We’ve been cleaning, polishing and restoring floors all over Melbourne since 2003.
