Rialto

• Project size: 1500 sqm.

This project required enhancing the appeal, durability, and safety of the bluestone flooring in the Rialto. Both the internal foyer floor and the external piazza bluestone pavement were polished and sealed.

The improvements involved removal of the existing aged sealant, and mechanically polishing the floor to an attractive, practical shine. The grout was also restored, further enhancing the look. The floor was then finished with a new penetrating sealant, providing improved wear resistance and anti-slip safety, which is also easier to clean and maintain. This result not only made the entrance area more inviting but helped ensure its continued long life.
