The concrete floor in this facility had served its purpose well for many decades, but it was in poor condition from the daily heavy wear and damage. This left the owners exposed to increasing maintenance costs and work safety risks. Based on our experience and professional results with similar projects, Diverse Floor Restorations was chosen to assess and rectify the issues.

The floor was first evenly polished to a safer 800 grit finish. We then repaired and strengthened the concrete by densifying it. This made the floor more durable and resistant to wear from forklifts and other heavy machinery. A penetrating sealer was then applied to help ensure many more decades of lower maintenance use and safety.
